771.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

   (a)   No trash hauler shall engage in the business of hauling rubbish, refuse or garbage as defined in Section 771.01 within the corporate limits of the City unless a license is obtained from the Mayor.

   (b)   The Mayor shall collect a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each license issued under the provisions of this section, which fee shall be for the calendar year for which the license is issued. (Ord. 91-1995. Passed 11-9-95.)
