751.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any of the foregoing regulations or orders issued pursuant to the foregoing sections, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
