751.01 OBJECTIVES.

   The objectives of this chapter are:

   (a)   To permit reasonable opportunities for oil and gas exploration and production within the City;

   (b)   To provide regulations which assure the safety of all residents and visitors to the City; and

   (c)   To assure that all areas of the City are protected from the encroachment of well drilling, storage and other equipment and from vehicles used in the drilling of and production from such wells.
