741.05 RESTRICTIONS ON BUSINESS.

   (a)    Businesses holding a permit under this chapter shall not operate between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., of the following day except such businesses may operate until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights, and that the hours of operation on Sundays shall be from noon until 11:00 p.m.

   (b)    No child under twelve years of age shall be allowed to operate any miniature automobile.

   (c)    No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed on the premises.

   (d)    No more than five cars shall be in operation on a track at one time except upon special authorization by the Mayor.

   (e)    The speed of miniature motor vehicles shall be controlled as follows:

      (1)    When any driver or operator on the track is under sixteen years of age, the speed of all motor vehicles permitted on the track shall be controlled so as not to exceed fifteen miles per hour.

      (2)    When there are no driver-operators on the track under sixteen years of age, the speed of all motor vehicles on the track shall be controlled so as not to exceed twenty-five miles per hour.

      (3)    Motor vehicles having a controlled speed not to exceed twenty-five miles per hour shall be painted a fluorescent yellow; motor vehicles having a controlled speed not to exceed fifteen miles per hour shall be painted a color distinguishing them from those having a controlled speed of twenty-five miles per hour.
