741.04 MUFFLER REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate any miniature automobiles within the Municipality or on any property of the Municipality without a muffler in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excess of unusual noise and annoying smoke, or with a muffler open, or in any other manner as to make any noise unnecessary in the normal operation of such vehicle.

(b) No person shall operate any miniature automobile within the Municipality or on any property of the Municipality, using a muffler cutout, bypass or similar device.
