741.01 DEFINITIONS.
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall be used in the interpretation and construction of this chapter. Words used in the present tense shall include the future; the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the singular; and the word "shall" is mandatory and not directory.
(a) "Miniature automobile" means any vehicle propelled by a motor of four horsepower or less, and which may be operated and guided about by a steering device and controlled exclusively by a person riding in the vehicle.
(b) "Miniature automobile track" means any area of ground surface, paved, graveled, or otherwise covered, or bare, designed and set aside for the primary purpose of operating one or more miniature automobiles thereon.
(c) "Miniature automobile business" means the maintenance and operation of a miniature automobile track and all buildings, equipment and appurtenances adjoining thereto, used in connection with such track and the renting, hiring or otherwise letting the use of one or more miniature automobiles for a consideration.
