731.02 FENCING.

   (a)    Any junkyard or other salvage yard established, operated and maintained within the limits of the City and within 1,000 feet of any dedicated street shall be enclosed by a secure fence obscuring the view of the junkyard or salvage yard from such road.

   (b)    Any fence constructed under the provisions of this chapter shall be neatly constructed; shall be nontransparent; and shall be kept in good order and repair.

   (c)    The owner and occupier of real property used for the purpose of junkyard or motor vehicle salvage yard shall be required to construct and maintain the fence or fences specified under this chapter.
