541.11 THROWING DOWN FENCES.

(a) No person shall wantonly or maliciously throw or lay down, open or injure a fence enclosing land the property of another, or the bars or gate in such fence.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
