541.10 ALTERING OR MOVING SURVEYORS MONUMENTS.

(a) No person shall remove, displace or destroy any monument, marker, post or stake, set by any engineer or surveyor, to define any survey line or boundary line of any private or public land or any line of an original lot or of any street or highway.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
