521.13 STORAGE OF INFLAMMABLES.
   (a)    No person shall keep in storage in any dwelling house, porch, garage or other enclosure attached to such dwelling house, any barrel, drum or other container or vessel containing more than five gallons of gasoline or shall keep in storage on any part of the premises, in any above ground tank or container more than fifty gallons of gasoline. This subsection shall not be construed as applying to any premises used for commercial, industrial or agricultural uses constructed and operated in conformity to the regulations of the State pertaining thereto.
   (b)    No person shall keep kerosene in storage, and shall fail or neglect to have the word "kerosene" plainly painted or stenciled on the barrel, drum, can or other container thereof.
   (c)    No person shall keep or store more than one gallon of any explosive or inflammable liquid, other than gasoline or kerosene. This subsection shall not be construed as applying to any drycleaning establishment maintained and conducted in conformity to the regulations of the State.
   (d)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
