§ 155.20 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS.

The mapped floodplain areas within the jurisdiction of this chapter are hereby established as the Floodplain Overlay District, as identified in the Flood Insurance Study #31021CV000A dated June 5, 2020, and on accompanying FIRM panels as established in § 155.05. The Floodplain Overlay District shall correspond to Flood Zone A. Within this district, all uses not meeting the standards of this chapter and those standards of the underlying zoning district shall be prohibited.
