For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE HOMES. A year-round, single-family structure for permanent (more than 30 days) living quarters, with at least 1,100 square feet of living area, and designed and built to be towed on its own chassis.

TRAILER. A temporary dwelling for recreational, vacation, or travel purposes and with less than 1,100 square feet of living area.
