§ 152.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter and any willful failure or refusal to comply with any valid and final order made under the authority of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor, and any person guilty thereof shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Every person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day on which such violation, neglect, or refusal shall continue.

   (B)   The penalty for the violation of any rule or regulation promulgated under the authority of §§ 152.070 through 152.072 shall be the same as the penalty for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
