§ 152.171 MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING FIXTURES.
   Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep all plumbing fixtures in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care in the proper use and operation thereof.
