§ 152.071 CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL.
   (A)   After adoption by the Administrator, he or she shall file a certified copy of rules and regulations authorized by this chapter with the City Clerk, who shall submit the same to the City Council at its next regular meeting.
   (B)   Such rules and regulations shall be in full force and effect immediately upon approval by the Council.
