§ 152.004 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   For the purpose of inspection, the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter, examine, and survey all of the premises, subject to the approval of the owner or occupant.
   (B)   Upon refusal by the owner or occupant to permit inspections at reasonable times, the Administrator may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a warrant authorizing entry of the premises and inspection thereof.
   (C)   Refusal to honor the warrant and permit inspection of the premises shall constitute a misdemeanor.
