§ 31.11 ZONING INSPECTOR AND BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   The Mayor may appoint a Zoning Inspector and Building Inspector. In the absence of a specific appointment by the Mayor, the Utilities Superintendent is hereby designated as Zoning Inspector and Building Inspector.
