In order to eliminate small orifice outlets, the minimum size restrictor that shall be used shall be two inches (2") in diameter. Otherwise, all orifices shall be calculated based on accepted standard calculations. Complete plans and calculations shall be furnished to the building director at the time application is made for a building permit. Site plans shall be prepared showing the details of the stormwater detention to be provided, and calculations shall be prepared by a professional engineer, bearing his professional seal. The plans shall be referred to the village engineer and shall receive his written approval prior to issuance of a building permit. (1965 Code § 7-21-3)
