14-2-2: ADMINISTRATION OF PROVISIONS:
All provisions, requirements, and methods of calculations that are currently used in administering stormwater detention as defined in the "Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Of Greater Chicago's Manual Of Procedures For The Administration Of The Sewer Permit Ordinance", or its successor document, shall apply to the methods required by this chapter. (1965 Code § 7-21-2)
