Stormwater detention is hereby required on all developments or redevelopments in all use groups within the village having an area greater than two (2) acres. Wherein the village engineer determines that a development or redevelopment of any size presents a need for stormwater detention, so as to preclude a significant threat to life or property, the engineer may require the minimum stormwater detention construction needed to mitigate such threat.
