13-13-2: AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE NONCONFORMITIES:
Any nonconforming building, structure or use which existed lawfully at the effective date hereof and which remains or becomes nonconforming upon the effective date hereof, or of any subsequent amendment hereto, may be continued subject to the regulations of this chapter. (1965 Code title 6 § 501.1)
