13-4-1: MINIMUM DISTRICT REGULATIONS:
   A.   The regulations for each district set forth in this title shall be minimum regulations for the promotion of the public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience, prosperity and general welfare.
   B.   No portion of any zoning lot, whether improved or unimproved, shall be sold, granted or otherwise divided if such division will cause the lot width, lot frontage, lot area, setbacks, maximum lot coverage, floor area ratio or required open space of any of the resulting parcels to be less than the minimum requirements set forth in this title for the particular zoning district in which the property is located.
