2-1-4: RULES AND REGULATIONS; PUBLICATION:
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall make rules to carry out the purpose of this chapter, and rules for appointments or removals in accordance with the provisions of State law. Said rules, published in pamphlet form, were adopted by the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners on September 25, 1995, and the Village Board on November 21, 1995. (1965 Code § 2-7-6)
