A certain document, copies of which are on file in the office of the village code enforcement officer, being marked and designated as Illinois plumbing code (current edition), as published by the state of Illinois department of public health, is hereby adopted as the plumbing code of the village for the control of plumbing as herein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said Illinois plumbing code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes as prescribed in other sections of this chapter.
