A permit placard shall be furnished to the applicant as the permit. It must be conspicuously posted on the premises when construction begins. The placard shall remain conspicuously posted on the premises during the entire course of the work. If no structure exists on the property, the owner shall cause the installation of a device to occur wherein such permit may be displayed in a weatherproof, easily visible container.
