A. All persons, partnerships, corporations and other entities shall comply with the provisions enumerated in this title including, but not limited to, all referenced codes. (1965 Code § 7-1-4)
B. Any individual, partnership, company, corporation or other entity acting in a licensed professional capacity with regard to the sale or occupancy of property shall be responsible for ascertaining the requirements of this chapter and not be party to a circumvention of same. (1965 Code § 7-16-9)
