The village hereby establishes an annual administrative fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for all industrial, commercial, and residential properties as described in subsection 11-3-4A of this chapter for the recordation and administration of this chapter and other services provided by the village in compliance with the Illinois plumbing code, 225 Illinois Compiled Statutes 320/35, and the Illinois administrative code, 77 Illinois administrative code 890.
