A. The water supply may be cut off from any premises if such water service was obtained through misrepresentation or if any unauthorized use or wilful waste of water is found.
B. No deductions shall be made nor rebates allowed to any consumer of water due to any leakage in any water pipe, tank, or device. The amount of water registered by any meter measuring water supplied to any building, structure or premises shall be charged and paid for in full, irrespective of whether such water was lost by leakage, accident or otherwise.
