10-4-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 04-21-15-O2, 4-21-2015)
