10-4-3: CURB CUTS AND DRIVEWAY PERMITS:
No person shall be allowed to construct a curb cut or driveway apron in an R-1, R-1A or R-2 zoning district without first obtaining a permit from the village. A permit shall not be issued unless the purpose of the curb cut and driveway apron is to provide access to a driveway and a garage. (Ord. 04-21-15-O2, 4-21-2015)
