10-3-2: APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL:
Application to conduct a parade or procession or open air meeting shall be made in writing to the village manager at least thirty (30) days prior to the event and shall include the following:
   A.   Name of person and group in control and/or responsible for the event.
   B.   Purpose. (1965 Code § 9-11-2)
   C.   Route, provided on a map, detailing where the parade or procession is to proceed and/or identifying the location of the open air meeting. (1965 Code § 9-11-2; amd. 2009 Code)
   D.   Starting time and duration of the event.
   E.   Total amount of participants. (1965 Code § 9-11-2)
