9-9-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (1965 Code § 10-15-6)
