9-6A-2: LOCATION OF COMMERCIAL AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:
   A.   Use Of Enclosed Garage Or Building: All commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles, except as otherwise provided in subsections B and C of this section, shall be parked within a totally enclosed garage or other building or parcel of land in any residential district.
   B.   Rear Yard Parking: In the rear yard, open parking of a recreational vehicle shall be permitted, in addition to private passenger vehicles; provided, that only one such vehicle may be so located in the open, in the rear yard; and screening in the form of shrubbery, fencing or other means adequate to shield such vehicle from adjoining properties is provided and maintained. A recreational vehicle with collapsible walls shall be stored in a collapsed position.
   C.   Side Yard Parking: In the event that the residence and garage buildings are so located on any lot or parcel of ground in any residence district that, in the opinion of the zoning administrator, either no rear yard exists or physical access to the rear yard for open parking of a recreational vehicle as provided in subsection B of this section is not possible or otherwise feasible, then and only then, the open parking of such recreational vehicle may be permitted, in addition to private passenger vehicles, in any side yard area located at the side of the main residence building and to the rear of the actual building line or any front portion of such residence building; provided, that only one such vehicle may be so located in the open in the side yard, and screening in the form of shrubbery, fencing or other means adequate to shield such vehicle from adjoining properties is provided and maintained.
   D.   Lot Line Restrictions: Location of a parked vehicle shall conform to all lot line restrictions of the village zoning regulations. (1965 Code § 10-18-2)
