A. Penalty Imposed: Unless otherwise provided herein, any violations of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than thirty-five dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Every day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
B. Injunctive Relief: In addition, the village may take whatever action it may deem appropriate to enforce the terms of this title, including, but not limited to an action for injunctive relief.
C. Attorney Fees And Costs: All attorney fees and costs incurred by the village in enforcing the terms of this title shall be paid by the violator. (1965 Code § 10-2-4; amd. 2009 Code; Ord. 12-17-19-O9, 12-17-2019)
