8-6-3: SANITATION PROVISIONS:

All veterinary hospitals shall be kept free and clean from decaying food and from filth of any kind. The kennels, buildings and pens shall be disinfected from time to time and shall be kept in a sanitary condition satisfactory to the health officer. (1965 Code § 9-7-72)
