8-6-1: DEFINITION:
The term "veterinary hospital", as used in this chapter, shall mean any institution, place or enclosure used for the harboring or reception, for care or treatment, of two (2) or more horses, dogs, cats or other animals. (1965 Code § 9-7-70)
