A. Compliance With Zoning And Building Regulations: All lofts shall comply with the setback and height requirements for accessory structures in the zoning district in which it is located. The loft shall comply with the building code and shall be maintained at all times in a clean, orderly condition and kept in good repair. (1965 Code § 9-7-92)
B. Annual Inspection; Fee:
1. The village health officer shall annually conduct an inspection of every loft in the village to ensure that the lofts are kept in a sanitary condition and are in good repair. (1965 Code § 9-7-93)
2. The owner, keeper, or person having custody of any carrier pigeon shall annually pay to the village a twenty five dollar ($25.00) inspection fee. (1965 Code § 9-7-94)
