8-3-12: DEFECATION BY DOGS OR CATS UPON PROPERTY OF OTHERS:
It shall be unlawful to permit any dog or cat to defecate upon the property of any but the owner thereof or upon any private property without the permission of the owner of said private property. (1965 Code § 9-7-47; amd. 2009 Code)
