A. Penalty Imposed: Any person violating the terms and conditions of this title shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), with each and every day that a violation is allowed to exist constituting a distinct and separate offense under the terms of this title. B. Remedial Action: In addition, the village may take whatever action it may deem appropriate to enforce the terms of this title, including an action for injunction. All attorney fees and costs incurred by the village in enforcing the terms of this title shall be paid by the violator. (1965 Code § 9-7-97)
