8-1-10: DISPOSITION OF DEAD ANIMALS:

It shall be unlawful for any person that keeps, harbors, possesses or maintains any animal within the village to permit the carcass of any such animal, upon the death of said animal, to remain in the village more than twelve (12) hours after the death of same. The carcass shall be disposed of by burial or cremation. (1965 Code § 9-7-13)
