8-1-7: CONFINED ANIMALS; OFFENSIVE CONDITIONS:
It shall be unlawful to own, keep, or use any premises in or upon which animals shall be confined so as to be offensive to those in the vicinity or to the public. (1965 Code § 9-7-10)
