A. Running At Large Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any dangerous, unruly or fierce animal, or any vicious animal of any kind owned by him or in his custody or control to run at large within the village. (1965 Code § 9-7-8)
B. Permit For Exhibitions Or Parades: Exhibitions or parades of animals which are ferae naturae in the eyes of the law may be conducted upon securing a permit from the village clerk. (1965 Code § 9-7-8; amd. 2009 Code)
