8-1-4: DRIVING ANIMALS FROM ENCLOSED LOT:
No person shall take or drive any livestock or fowl from any enclosed lot or tract of ground, or from any stable or other building where such animal is not a trespasser, or from outside of the village limits into the village limits, with the intent that such animal may be impounded. (1965 Code § 9-7-7; amd. 2009 Code)
