8-1-2: LIMIT ON NUMBER OF CERTAIN ANIMALS:
   A.   Number Limited: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor, possess or maintain within the village more than three (3) rabbits, hamsters, or other small domestic animals, male or female, over two (2) months old.
   B.   Exceptions: This section shall not apply to licensed pet shops, kennels, catteries and veterinary hospitals. (1965 Code § 9-7-5)
