The failure of any person to:
A. Obtain an alarm service system permit as required by this chapter;
B. Obtain an alarm user permit as required by this chapter;
C. Obey any order of the emergency alarm administrator of suspension or revocation of an alarm service permit or an alarm user permit; and/or
D. Correct any other violation of the provisions of this chapter; (1965 Code § 9-15-15)
constitutes an offense punishable by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (1965 Code § 9-15-15; amd. 2009 Code)
