Every individual, firm or corporation that does engage in an alarm system business in the village shall notify the village manager in writing indicating that such individual, firm or corporation is doing business in the village. Such written notice shall include the name of the business, its address, telephone numbers where service personnel can be reached, and their license numbers given by the state of Illinois.
