7-1-15: MINIMUM AGE FOR FULL TIME POLICE OFFICERS:
The Fire and Police Commission shall not appoint any person to the position of full time police officer unless that person is at least twenty three (23) years old at the time of appointment. This requirement shall supersede any minimum age requirement established by the Fire and Police Commission. (Ord. 02-20-18-O1, 2-20-2018)
