A. Any member of the fire department violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to disciplinary action by the fire chief. Any other village employee violating any of the provisions of this chapter while in the course of their employment shall be subject to disciplinary action by the employee's department head.
B. Any members of the fire department, public works department, or the police department violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to disciplinary action by either the fire chief, the director of public works or the police chief, pursuant to any applicable labor agreement then in force.
