5-4-1: CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE:

The village hereby incorporates by reference the following Illinois acts:

A. Environmental Protection: The Illinois environmental protection act, as amended, 415 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1 et seq. (1965 Code § 3-12-1)

B. Water Pollutant Discharge: The Illinois water pollutant discharge act, as amended, 415 Illinois Compiled Statutes 25/0.01 et seq. (1965 Code § 3-12-2)

C. Litter Control: The Illinois litter control act, as amended, 415 Illinois Compiled Statutes 105/1 et seq. (1965 Code § 3-12-3)
