A license is required to operate a restaurant, itinerant restaurant, food store, or open air market, or to operate as an itinerant vendor in the village, and application shall be made on forms provided by the village clerk. Regulation and inspection of these businesses shall be in conformance with provisions of the "Illinois State Food Service Sanitation Rules And Regulations" as published in the general assembly's Illinois administrative code, title 77, public health, chapter 1, department of public health: subchapter m, food, drugs and cosmetics, part 750, food service sanitation code.
